Thank you for shopping with us! We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected:

• Puerto Rico: 2-5 business days
• USA (mainland): 3-7 business days

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once your order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Please notice that Zoe Collection is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost or stolen due to USPS.Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier for further assistance.
